PURPOSE
To get someone or group to smile
To release dopamine

WHAT IS DOPAMINE?
Dopamine is a type of brain chemical called a neurotransmitter.
It is associated with feelings of euphoria, bliss, motivation,
and concentration. It is known as the “feel-good hormone.” 

MY INSPIRATION FOR THE 60 DAYS SMILE CHALLENGE
To reverse hidden unhappiness, fear, anger, anxiety and depression. The Heavenly made men and women to be emotional. Tragedy, trauma and death affects our emotional well being.

When we are provoked or unhappy our neurotransmitters causes sadness, impatience, panic attacks and emotional distress. Emotional distress leads to us acting ungodly, unseemly and illegal many times.

A simple smile, hug, kind act or positive words can relax us, relieve stress and cause us to think before we say or do something that we regret.  A smile will release dopamine and help reverse many negative, contrariness and foul thoughts. Smiling is good for our mental health.

BENEFITS OF A SMILE
It’s a scientific fact that a smile releases dopamine. This chemical relieves tension, stress and anger. It puts you in a better mood. When you smile at someone, they will generally smile at you. They too will release dopamine. The Heavenly Father has given us the power and capacity to help ourselves and other individuals when we smile.

So, where’s your smile?

Together, we can relieve stress, anger and fear. We can heal ourselves and others of anger, unhappiness, negativity, pessimism and emotional pain. Join the challenge! Let’s smile and affirm each other with kind words. Let stop speaking negativity.

No more verbal abuse, put downs, cursing at each other using expletives. Let’s be calm and not holler and rant at each other. Let’s be quick to forgive and apologize whether we are right or wrong. We can and should do better. The Heavenly Father is watching.

Jesus said, “Every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account for the use of it in the day of judgment.” (Matthew 12:36)
