HAPPY NEW BORN DAY

Welcome to the family of God. You are born again the moment you repent and believe Jesus died for your sins. Jesus said, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”  (John 1:12-13)

“If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation, old things are passed away, Behold, all things are become new and all things are of God.” (1 Corinthians 5:17-18)

Now that you are born again, the Apostle Peter said you should be hungry and thirsty for the word of God. Reading the bible is how you get to know God and find out his will for your life. Peter wrote, “As a new born Christian, desire the sincere milk of the word of God, so you can grow spiritually.” (2 Peter 2:2)

Finally, the Apostle Paul wrote, ^“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is the son of God and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead to forgive you sins, you shall be saved. With the heart man believes to righteousness and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. Whosoever believe on him shall not be ashamed. Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:9-13)
