Elder Ronald Quarles is a founding board member, Catch of the Day Worldwide Evangelistic Ministries, Inc., where he assisted establishing the direction of the ministry in its start-up years. He assisted envisioning and writing the framework – constitution and by-laws, which set the direction of the ministry. Elder Quarles continues to serve a a board member. He was appointed Associate Chief Executive Officer, Catch of the Day Worldwide Evangelistic Ministries and Team Lead for Codpod Young Adult Ministry.

Ronald receive Christ in XXXX and joined Revival Temple Church Full Gospel Church under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Milton L. Carter. He was appointed to the Trustees Board and has served on both the Deacons Board and Ushers Board. He assisted the pastor with member care, including visiting the sick and shut-in and serving Holy Communion.

He was ordained to the Office of an Elder in 2003 and served as the Chairman of the Men’s Fellowship, where he was responsible for spearheading programs that ministered specifically to the needs of men. He facilitated monthly men’s fellowship sessions, shut-ins and retreats. He was appointed director of the Evangelism and Outreach Ministry and conducted street evangelism, sharing the gospel with the community and spearheading outdoor crusades.

Elder Quarles was called to assist Bishop Keith J. Martin of Rehoboth Rebirth and Restoration, where he was appointed director of Minster’s Academy. He trained and developed ministerial staff, prepared them for licensing and ordination. He also trained and prepared the first deacons for ordination and service.

He was called by many ministries to conducted leadership and development training for deacons in training, armor-bearers, and altar workers. Two ministries have benefited from Elder Quarles leadership training, which include, Messianic Covenant Ministry, Rev. Michelle McKenzie, Senior Pastor and Jerusalem Baptist Church , Rev. Michael Miller, Senior Pastor.

Elder Quarles is married to Faye Quarles and they have three adult children and one grand daughter.
